WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Zulema Contreras to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection (which includes condemnation) at 594 BRUNSON STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to October 1, 2018 to restore the power and gas or the property must be vacated. (No open flames in the house, no extension cord running from the neighbor and must have working smoke detectors with fresh batteries); Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
