Purpose of Appeal: A family member was involved in a double murder at the house, and I am no longer able to access the unit. I have issued a 60-day move out notice, but due to COVID protocol, I am unable to force a move out and am having difficulty with tenants. (paraphrased)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Dustin Fronk to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint at 594 BRUNSON STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal of the Fire Correction Inspection Notice; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
