WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-15 on February 28, 2024 which granted an extension to March 4, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1525 Margaret Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on March 5, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions with the Summary Abatement Order and found these conditions forthcoming abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is forthcoming abated and the matter resolved, pending March 5, 2024 Legislative Hearing.
