WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 23-1823 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July through September 2023; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 13, 2024 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 443.29 and Admin. Code § 60.03, the assessments set forth in the said assessment roll are, in all respects, hereby ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 24-8: 1319 Arlington Avenue East;
RLH TA 24-11: 1256 Danforth Street;
RLH TA 24-10: 1288 Edgerton Street;
RLH TA 24-47: 195 Goodrich Avenue;
RLH TA 24-63: 2078 Hawthorne Avenue East;
RLH TA 24-14: 1716 Hyacinth Avenue East;
RLH TA 24-85: 2106 Marshall Avenue;
RLH TA 24-49: 759 Maryland Avenue East;
RLH TA 24-61: 602 Orange Avenue East;
RLH TA 24-108: 1110 Woodbridge Street- delete for separate consideration; refer to April 4, 2024 Legislative Hearing; public hearing continued to May 15, 2024;
RLH TA 24-XXX: 1223 Farrington Street - delete for separate consideration; refer to April 4, 2024 Legislative Hearing and public hearing continued to May 15, 2024; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
