The landlord has a history on not solving the building problems and in the past has settle claims with the Attorney General's office. Therefore, the landlord should not be granted an exception to the 3% Cap

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
