WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-70 on August 19, 2026 which granted an extension to August 20, 2026 for compliance with the summary abatement order and grant to September 1, 2026 for compliance with the vehicle abatement order at 1689 Stillwater Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on August 25, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter resolved forthcoming.
