WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of St. Paul-Ramsey County Department of Public Health to two Egress Window Non-Compliance Determinations at 674 MAGNOLIA AVENUE EAST; the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant grant a 1-inch variance on the openable width of one double hung vinyl replacement egress bedroom window measuring 25.9 inches high by 19.2 inches wide and grant a 2-inch variance on the openable height of one double replacement egress bedroom window measuring 22 inches high by 23.2 inches wide; No, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
