Purpose of Appeal
Received abatement order Aug 13, 2011. Cut plants on Aug 14. Was out of town Aug 20-27, 2011. City truck arrived 8/29/11, 1:30 pm. Informed I was not in compliance. I cut plants by 10:00 am on 8/30/11. I did not realize I did not meet the inspectors standars. The City did not cut my plants therefore I should not have to pay.

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
