Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up Services from June 1 to June 29, 2011. (File No. J1115A, Assessment No. 118103)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-1431 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of June 01 to June 29 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the following assessments were appealed:
RLH TA 11-309 - 651 Burr Street;
RLH TA 11-276 - 1518 Concordia Avenue;
RLH TA 11-285 - 779 Cortland Place;
RLH TA 11-307 - 953 Fremont Avenue;
RLH TA 11-188 - 717 Fry Sreet/1642 Minnehaha Avenue West;
RLH TA 11-308 - 1171 Jackson Street;
RLH TA 11-294 - 1155 Hague;
RLH TA 11-310 - 93 Kipling Street;
RLH TA 11-306 - 255 Maria Avenue;
RLH TA 11-311 - 758 Maryland Avenue East;
RLH TA 11-278 - 1036 Minnehaha Avenue East;
RLH TA 11-328 - 1383 Minnehaha Avenue East;
RLH TA 11-289 - 1254 Raymond Avenue;
RLH TA 11-282 - 1126 Sixth Street East;
RLH TA 11-286 - 277 Topping Street;
RLH TA 11-280 - 821 Watson Avenue;
RLH TA 11-312 - 1203 Woodbridge Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 21, 2011 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments with the following amendments:
RLH TA 11-309 - 651 Burr Street - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-276 - 1518 Concordia Avenue - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-311 - 758 Maryland Avenue East - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-286 - 277 Topping Street - Delete the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby determined to be payable in one installment unless specified above in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
