Amending the assessment for Property Cleanup Services from June 1 to June 29, 2011 to delete the assessment at 1254 RAYMOND AVENUE. (File No. J1115A, Assessment No. 11803)

WHEREAS, on October 4, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Numbers RLH AR 11-76 and RLH TA 11-289, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up services from June 1 and June 29, 2011. (File No. J1115A, Assessment No. 11803); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1254 Raymond Avenue, being described as: St Anthony Park North S 1/2 Of Lot 8 And All Of Lot 7 Blk 47; with the property identification number 20-29-23-44-0065 was assessed an amount of $300.00 for property clean-up; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was made in error; THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus any accrued interest; and, BE IT
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $300.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File Numbers RLH AR 11-76 and RLH TA 11-289 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
