Vacant Building Monitoring (Recheck) 06/21/2011: *Recheck - Night checked with Rich Singerhouse. Junk yard is not secure and may be impossible to completely secure without demolition. PO's were not on site but it does appear business is still ongoing at this condemned property. I will advise with Inspector Neis and Marcia Moermond as how to proceed. ~MD

This is a scrap yard that appears is still doing business even though its been condemend and both LHO and Council have denied appeals. I will advise with Mr Magner to formulate a plan. ~MD

Boarding/Securing (Summary Abatement) 08/25/2011: *Recheck - This junkyard is fully operational and open to entry. PO refuses to comply with my written and verbal orders to vacate. City Council and LHO Marcia Moermond have also ordered this dwelling vacant. I issued a s/a on 8-10-2011 to vacate immediately and secure site. Ive also emailed Mr Magner asking for advice as to how to proceed. We will meet in the immediate future to devise a plan of action. SPPD will need to be involved. ~MD
