Purpose of Appeal
This house has been rented out for the 4 years I have owned it and numerous years prior as a 5-bedroom home. Section 8 has it listed as a 5-bedroom home. Now all of the sudden 2 bedrooms in the upper floor have been taken away. I request a variance to have these rooms considered bedrooms. I have installed proper egress windows and these rooms have passed numerous inspections prior to this one. (More in attachment to appeal.)
