Title

Changing the rate of pay for the classification of Digital Evidence Technician to Grade 030, EG 02, AFSCME Technical.

Body

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job study for the classification of Digital Evidence Technician; and

WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rate of pay for Digital Evidence Technician be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 025 to the rate set forth in Grade 030, of Employee Group 02, AFSCME Technical; now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Digital Evidence Technician be changed to Grade 030, Employee Group 02, AFSCME Technical. This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution and retroactive to March 11, 2023.
