WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Brian Norelius to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 842 Vandalia Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until October 15, 2023 for compliance approve the draft plan and preliminary work plan and timeline, and refer the matter back to April 25, 2023 Legislative Hearing for a recommendation on a finalized plan; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
