Ratifying the assessment for the Wabasha Street: Kellogg to Seventh Street paving and lighting project constructed as part of the 2022 St. Paul Street Paving Program (SPS). (File No. 19209, Assessment No. 225200) (Public hearing closed, laid over from September 13, 2023)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 23-426 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new concrete pavement and concrete curb and gutter, replacement of bricks in the boulevards, parking lanes, sidewalks, and intersections with concrete, parking/loading lane, sidewalks, and a two-way off-street bikeway. The project also included new traffic signal systems at the intersections of Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Place; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 13, 2023 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
