WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 23-404 accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for construction of sanitary sewer and connections at 2200 Ogden Court and 2233 Snowshoe Lane with the installation of a sanitary sewer and service connections in the Ogden/Winthrop area; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on May 3, 2023 to consider ratification of the Assessment Roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
