WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 23-3 on January 18, 2023 which granted an extension to January 19, 2023 to abate the removal of the items stored next to the garage at 643 Earl Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 24, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter is resolved forthcoming, pending the outcome of the January 24, 2023 Legislative Hearing.
