Appeal of Sarah Nelson to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 578 SARATOGA STREET S.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, December 20, 2022  between 1 pm and 3 pm via teleconference call

Purpose of Appeal:  We don't think we should have to pay the vacant building registration fee as we have pulled the permits and have been working on remodeling the home. It is a major project but we should have this remodel done in timely fashion.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Sarah Nelson to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 578 SARATOGA STREET S, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee until March 21, 2023; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
