Amending Council File RLH AR 22-424 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022 at 287 ATWATER STREET. (File No. CG2202A2, Assessment No. 220106)

WHEREAS on December 7, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 22-424, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022. (File No. CG2202A2, Assessment No. 220106); and
WHEREAS, the property at 287 Atwater Street, being described as: Atwater Street Addition to the City of St. Paul Ramsey County, Minn. Lot 13 Blk 2, with the property identification number 25-29-23-42-0197 was assessed an amount of $99.58; and
WHEREAS, a request was made from Public Works staff to delete the assessment for Quarter 2 for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during April to June 2022. (File No. CG2203A2, Assessment No. 220110) ; and
WHEREAS, the Quarter 1 bill was inadvertently deleted rather than the Quarter 2 bill (RLH TA 22-424) and RLH TA 22-434 corrects this error;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends this change; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $99.58, plus any accrued interests, be ratified. Council File No. RLH AR 22-424 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
