WHEREAS, in the matter of Bettie Lewis to a Water Service Bill at 543 Central Avenue West, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board reduce the appealed bill of $749.99 to $439.99 deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
