Appeal of Richard Bell to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 934 WAKEFIELD AVENUE.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, July 26, 2022, teleconference between 1-3 PM

Purpose of Appeal:  The home is not vacant, a family has lived there for over 15 years. Some plumbing was out of code, so I remodeled the upper level bath and currently working on main level bath. Attached are plumbing permits and extension granted to 11-5-22.

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Richard Bell to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 934 Wakefield Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council make property a Category 1 Vacant Building; waive vacant building fee 90 days to October 8, 2022); and grant to September 9, 2022 to have Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
