WHEREAS on June 22, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 22-48 to ratify the assessment for Property Clean up services during February 1 to 14, 2022. (File No. J2222A, Assessment No. 228524); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 859 Galtier Street, being described as: Homestead Addition to the City of St Paul, Ramsey  Co. Minn S 1/3 of Lots 1, 2 and Lot 3 Blk 2, with the property identification number 25-29-23-42-0178 was assessed an amount of $506; and

 

WHEREAS, Hel Clay reached out to our office after receiving the invoice because she stated that her parents did not received notification of the clean-up; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer will review this on July 19, 2022 Legislative Hearing to determine her recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $506, plus any accrued interests, be forthcoming.
