WHEREAS on June 22, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 22-48 to approve the assessment for Property Clean up services during February 1 to 14, 2022. (File No. J2222A, Assessment No. 228524); and
WHEREAS, the property at 859 Galtier Street, being described as: Homestead Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minn. S 1/3 of Lots 1 2 and Lot 3 Blk 2, with the property identification number 25-29-23-42-0178 was assessed an amount of $506; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was conducted on July 19, 2022 to review this matter and the Legislative Hearing recommends deleting the assessment due to language difficulties and the communication between inspector and owners; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the assessment of $506, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 22-48 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
