WHEREAS, in the matter of Curtis Burroughs to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1606 Hewitt Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to January 1, 2023 for compliance with change in use orders, noting all other items are in compliance March 18, 2022 for compliance with all non-zoning related items (items 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9) and to refer back to June 14, 2022 Legislative Hearing to discuss zoning status and timeline for moving forward; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
