Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, January 4, 2022, Teleconference between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.  (Rescheduled to January 11 @ 3 pm per Hearing Officer's request)

Purpose of Appeal:  While I do not dispute the Fire C of O, I do need more time to assist disabled/Section 8 tenant in finding replacement housing please.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Noah Rector to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 390 SIMS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the revocation of the Fire Certificate of Occupancy; and grant extensions allowing continuing occupancy if following conditions are met: 1) by February 15, 2022 for compliance with items 8-12, 13, 14, and 16-18; and, 2) June 7, 2022 for balance of the orders; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
