Purpose of Appeal: We completed all the requirements and waited onsite for inspector at the scheduled time. Two of us were onsite for the inspection. We arrived an hour before the appointment and stayed for three hours after the scheduled time. We called and left messages for the inspector.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of James Vin Zant to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1350 SAINT CLAIR AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal of the Fire Certificate of Occupancy revocation and grant to May 15, 2022 for item 1 (the porch pillar) on the November 23, 2021 orders; and the balance of orders to be reinspected January 27, 2022; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
