WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Bonnie Barlage, Boyeyey Holdings LLC, to a Reinspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 991 ROSE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to December 17, 2021 for Items 2, 3, 4, 8, 10, 13, 18, 19, 20, 24, 30, 32, 33, 34 and 35 and grant until February 1, 2022 for balance of the orders; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
