Purpose of Appeal: We have submitted a work plan and council gave until Sept. 14th, 2021 to be in compliance. We have done more than 50% of the compliance list. We are asking for extension to complete the items that are still on the list. The contractor will need until the 1st week of October to have everything complete.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Carolyn Brown, Community Stabilization Project, and Shai Leibovich to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 936 DUCHESS STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is forthcoming, pending the October 13, 2021 inspection to grant an extension for compliance to November 5, 2021; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
