WHEREAS on May 19, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 21-33 to ratify the assessment for Securing and/or Emergency Boarding services during December 2020. (File No. J2107B, Assessment No. 218106); and

WHEREAS, the property at 104 Larpenteur Avenue West, being described as: Merrills Division of Rice Street Villas Alley as Vac in Doc 1854029 & TS 584337 & W 5 Ft of Lot 3 & All of Lot 4 Blk 1, with the property identification number 19-29-22-22-0003 was assessed an amount of $496; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this file under File No. SR 21-164 on September 21, 2021 and recommended that the City Council delete the assessment due to lack of police report information because of a pending murder investigation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $496, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 21-33 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
