WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Angela Burton to Ratifying the assessments for Securing and/or Emergency Boarding services during December 2020. (File No. J2107B, Assessment No. 218106), the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council ratified the assessment since owner did not appeal; and
WHEREAS, City Council has adopted the recommendation of the Legislative Hearing Officer on May 19, 2021 under File No. RLH AR 21-33; and
WHEREAS, on August 23, 2021, Angela Burton has requested that this fee be reviewed again by the Legislative Hearing Officer for reconsideration; and
WHEREAS, a staff report will be conducted on September 21, 2021 for the Legislative Hearing Officer and DSI inspector supervisor's review.
