WHEREAS on March 10, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 21-9 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July to September 2020. (File No. CG2004A4, Assessment No. 200166); and

WHEREAS, the property at 914 Cook Avenue East, being described as: Lockwood’s Addition to the City of St. Paul Lot 7 Blk 4, with the property identification number 28-29-22-23-0022 was assessed an amount of $107.02; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this file under File No. SR 21-145 on September 21, 2021 and recommended that the City Council reduced from $107.02 to $53 because ownerwas in the Vacant Building Program for 1 ½ months of the 3 months billed; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $107.02, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $53 and Council File No. RLH AR 21-9 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
