WHEREAS on May 26, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 21-40 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2020. (File No. CG2101A4, Assessment No. 210103); and

WHEREAS, the property at 914 Cook Avenue East, being described as: Lockwood’s Addition to the City of St. Paul Lot 7 Blk 4, with the property identification number 28-29-22-23-0022 was assessed an amount of $107.02; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this file under File No. SR 21-146 on September 21, 2021 and recommended that the City Council delete the assessment because owner was in the Vacant Building Program during this time period; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $107.02, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 21-40 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
