Pertaining to an agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. to develop a master plan to effectively apply technology over the next several years.

WHEREAS, HDR Engineering, Inc. (“HDR”) has for more than forty years assisted clients with efficiencies of operational flows and planning for future technological advancements; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul desires the development of a technology master plan to guide staff to more effectively apply technology in support of its engineering and operations requirements over the next several years; and
WHEREAS, HDR, with input from Board staff, is willing to provide an Engineering and Operations Technology Master Plan and Report at a cost not to exceed $82,000; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves the Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. dated September 5, 2021, providing for the development of an Engineering and Technology Master Plan and Report and that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement following approval by the assistant city attorney.
