WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 21-57 on July 28, 2021 which granted an extension to September 7, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions (repair or removal of the fence) at 1450 Dale Street North; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 7, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the Department of Safety and Inspection be authorized to abate the nuisance condition effective as of [date forthcoming] October 1, 2021.
