WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 21-55 on July 28, 2021 which granted an extension to September 1, 2021 for garage repair or removal under permit at 1372 Victoria Street North; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 7, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to abate the nuisance effective (date forthcoming).
