Amending Council File RLH VO 21-28, adopted on July 14, 2021, to grant Zaw Wai an additional extension for property at 933 FIFTH STREET EAST.

WHEREAS, on July 14, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 21-28, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Correction Notice for property at 933 Fifth Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension November 1, 2021 for orders on garage siding (item 3) and grant to July 30, 2021 for balance of the orders (items 1, 2 and 4 through 27); and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension to get the July 30, 2021 deadline orders into compliance; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to October 1, 2021 for Items 2, 3, 4, and 7 related to dryer venting, the PVC duct work, water heater, and gas lines and grant to November 1, 2021 for balance of orders.
