WHEREAS, in the matter of Mon Mon Htun, on behalf of Zaw Wai, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 933 FIFTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to April 4, 2022 to have Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated, change category status from 2 to 1, and allow permits to be pulled; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
