Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Anthony was not available on July 20th so was scheduled for the July 27th hearing date.  Category Cat 3 was heard back on 3/10/20 and PH on 4/8/20. Resolution adopted by Council on 5/12/21 granted 90 days to August 12, 2021.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Anthony Bassett to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 975 MARSHALL AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to September 26, 2021; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
