WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 21-56 on July 21, 2021 which granted an extension to July 23, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions at 855 Third Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on July 27, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions (overflowing trash containers and trailer with improper storage) is abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter is resolved forthcoming, pending July 27, 2021 Legislative Hearing.
