WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Erin Washington to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 872 PAYNE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to August 17, 2021 for all items related to Unit 32 (items 8 to 13 of June 24, 2021 orders); Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
