Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1941 STANFORD AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 21-49.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 21-49 on July 7, 2021 which granted an extension to September 1, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions by removing the metal planting boxes on the boulevard on condition the tarp and yard waste bags are removed and the lawn is mowed and boulevard reseeded by July 7, 2021 at 1941 Stanford Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on July 13, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and will authorized the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this abatement.
