Purpose of Appeal: There is no "nuisance condition." Plantings are in compliance of Chapter 105, Sec. 105.04, of the St. Paul Legislative Code, as accessed May of 2020 and again today via city website St. Paul.gov. Similar plantings can be seen on nearly every block.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Angela Glenhue to a Summary Abatement Order at 1941 STANFORD AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to September 1, 2021 for compliance on the condition the tarp, yard waste bags and lawn is mowed and boulevard reseeded by July 12, 2021; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
