Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1728 ROWE PLACE in Council File RLH SAO 21-29.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 21-29 on May 12, 2021 which granted an extension to May 31, 2021 to abate the wood pallets from the rear yard at 1728 Rowe Place; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 8, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
