WHEREAS, the last Maintenance Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10, which was approved by the Saint Paul City Council on October 14, 2020, and the Memorandum of Agreement to correct inaccurate wage rates, which was approved by Saint Paul City Council on November 25, 2020, continues in full force and effect through April 30, 2021, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10 reached a tentative agreement on a new Maintenance Labor Agreement, that once approved, shall be effective as of May 1, 2021, and shall be in full force and effect through April 30, 2024, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5) hereby approves and ratifies the attached Maintenance Labor Agreement (May 1, 2021 - April 30, 2024) between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10.
