Purpose of Appeal: Previous 3 orders didn't say canopy on deck nor shed. Vacant lots attract dumping of waste and objects. I am handicapped and need to rely on tenants.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Paris Getty to a Summary Abatement Order at 855 THIRD STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to May 27, 2021 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
