Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1356 JEFFERSON AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 21-1.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 12-1 on January 27, 2021 which granted an extension to May 1, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1356 Jefferson Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 4, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
