Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 741 FLANDRAU STREET in Council File RLH SAO 21-14.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 21-14 on March 17, 2021 which granted an extension to March 31, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions (scrapwood) at 741 Flandrau Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on April 6, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
