WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Tabatha Jackson to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1094 KENT STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive vacant building fee for 120 days to June 16, 2021 and if Fire Certificate of Occupancy is not reinstated by June 16, 2021, property to revert to a Category 2 Vacant Building and require a code compliance inspection; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
