Body

WHEREAS on February 24, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 21-6, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during October 7 to 15, 2020. (File No. J2104P, Assessment No. 218403) at 1831 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST; and

WHEREAS, the property at 1831 University Avenue West, being described as: Hughes Midway Addition To the City of St Paul, Ramsey Co. Minn. Lots 18 and Lot 19, with the property identification number 33-29-23-24-0022 was assessed an amount of $277.46; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as a graffiti waiver is on file; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $277.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and Council File No. RLH AR 21-6 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
