Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 21-407 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for the 2020 Street Maintenance Service Program-Sealcoating Street and/or Alley; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 5, 2021 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the 2020 Street Maintenance Service Program-Sealcoating Street and/or Alley; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further

 

RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in eight (8) equal installments.
